Aaron’s hands-on experience across all areas of the trade gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver work at the highest level. Even as Flowmotion has expanded, he’s remained committed to the tight-knit, family-style culture that started on day one - ensuring every team member feels looked after, and every client gets treated like a mate, not just a number. With a calm and solution-driven approach, Aaron brings clarity and direction to every project. He’s focused on creating a seamless, efficient experience for clients - one where communication is clear, problems are solved quickly, and expectations are exceeded. Craig has been with Flowmotion since the early years and has grown alongside the - company. With years of hands-on experience, he knows our operations from top to bottom - and has been a key part of sharpening our processes to ensure every job runs - smoothly - not just for our teams, but for our clients too. As Operations Manager, Craig is - deeply involved in scheduling and resource planning, making sure we have the manpower - and materials needed to deliver projects of any size. He’s driven by a strong commitment - to completing every job efficiently, on time, and on budget - without ever compromising on - quality. Craig’s passion for the company and its people shows in everything he does. His - caring nature and commitment to the team are a big part of what makes Flowmotion feel - like family. Max

General Manager

Max is our General Manager and has grown with Flowmotion every step of the way. Focused on the client and offsite side of the business, Max ensures our team is fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and communication they need - so our clients never have to repeat themselves and every job runs smoothly from start to finish. He’s also heavily involved in estimating and project planning, making sure every client receives a clear, stress-free experience. Max treats every project as a priority, no matter the size or complexity, and is committed to making sure our clients feel genuinely cared for and fully supported from the first call to the final handover. With a sharp eye for detail and years of experience, Max holds the company to the highest standard - whether it’s a simple install or a complex architectural build. His approachable and positive nature makes working with him feel more like a friendship than a business transaction. For many of our clients, it doesn’t just feel like business - it feels like working with a mate. Max is also a key figure in maintaining Flowmotion’s strong family culture and is hands-on with safety processes, helping embed care and precision into everything we do.

Scott has been a key part of the Flowmotion team for over 7 years. As Project Manager and Site Foreman, he brings a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork to every job. His passion for doing things right shows in the way he leads on site - making sure our systems and processes are implemented to the highest standard and that the entire crew is on the same page from start to finish. With years of hands-on experience, Scott helps drive smooth, efficient projects that stay on track and meet the high standards Flowmotion is known for. His clear communication and no-fuss approach make him an essential link between the onsite team and the broader business. Outside of work, Scott is a proud dad and devoted family man. Jett started with Flowmotion as a first-year apprentice at a very young age, and it’s been an honour to watch him grow into a highly skilled tradesman and impressive leader. With years of experience built from the ground up, Jett knows our systems, values, and standards inside out - because he hasn’t just watched the company evolve, he’s lived it. Now a Project Manager and Site Foreman, Jett leads with the same passion and purpose that has driven Flowmotion from day one. He brings sharp attention to detail, strong communication, and a calm, confident presence to every site - making sure our processes are followed, our teams are aligned, and every project is delivered to the highest standard.
