Bonbeach Life Saving Club
Throwback to this standout coastal project we completed a few years ago for our long-standing client, Fimma Constructions, designed by Haskell Architects.
Flowmotion completed both the roofing and wall cladding, using Permalite aluminium cladding due to the building’s close proximity to the beach. With the harsh Bonbeach coastal environment, salt air, strong winds, and inclement weather, material selection and installation detail were critical.
The sharp lines, clean edges, and striking feature cladding give the building a strong architectural presence — sitting proudly like a rocky monument beside the crashing waves.
And while the team had one of the best ocean views you could ask for, it certainly didn’t take their eye off the detail. With so many angled sections, intersecting façades, and building lines meeting at different points, this project required immaculate execution from start to finish.
The combination of durable aluminium cladding and our team’s eye for detail means this building doesn’t just look incredible, it is built to last in one of the toughest environments.
We thought it looked too good not to share again.

Braving the cold, the wet, and the tough conditions and still pushing through. Huge appreciation for our amazing team for showing up, getting it done, and keeping the job moving even when the weather is far from ideal.
A big shoutout too to our resident chef Scott for firing up the BBQ on site and our Ops manager Craig for lugging the bbq all the way to site helping make the day feel that little bit warmer.

Mulgrave Primary School STEM & Library Project – Another Standout Delivery with 2 Construct
We’ve just wrapped up the Mulgrave Primary School STEM & Library Project for our long-standing client 2 Construct 🙌
Designed by Tecture Architects, this newly completed building is a standout addition to the Mulgrave Primary School campus — already known for its iconic landscape pathway shaped like Australia.
Drawing inspiration from the ancient geological formations of Central Australia, the building’s roof form, precast panels and internal colour palette reflect the rugged tones and layered beauty of the outback.
And just like those high red ranges, the level of quality and attention to detail on the Mulgrave Primary School STEM & Library Project had to rise to the occasion.
Our team delivered the roof, wall cladding and soffits seamlessly integrated together — a complex scope requiring precision, planning and craftsmanship. Achieving this level of detail is no small challenge, and the crew absolutely knocked it out of the park.
We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in bringing such a unique and meaningful design to life — a school building that represents parts of Australia through its architecture.

With the football season in full swing, we thought we’d throw it back to the massive effort our team put into the Gembrook Football Club project.
👉 No architectural challenge is too difficult for the incredible crew we’re proud to stand beside. From completing the roof to installing the architectural nail strip wall cladding that now takes pride of place front and centre at every home game, this one was a standout. The finish wasn’t just elite — it’s a bold reminder of what our team is capable of.
Not only are we proud of the outcome, but it’s clear from the photos that the Council were just as thrilled with how great that nail strip cladding looked as we were!

🔙 Throwback to Brighton life saving club and Dendy Beach Pavilion 🏖️
Throwing it back to the Dendy Beach Pavilion at Brighton Beach — a standout coastal project we were proud to deliver with our good partner Foursq Constructions.
Our team completed all the roofing and key sections of the architectural wall cladding, using Colorbond Ultra supplied by Lysaght and Reece Plumbing. The result is a robust, modern finish designed to handle the tough coastal environment while looking great for years to come.
We’re proud to have worked on another iconic building that’s loved by the community and will be enjoyed for many years to come. Strong partnerships and quality workmanship are what we’re all about at Flowmotion — it’s always a pleasure working alongside the Foursq team.

Another one in the books for our longstanding partners @2construct and what a project this one was!
This roof isn’t just about looks (though the Aramax sheeting certainly speaks for itself 💥) it’s a feat of coordination, communication, and clever on-site execution.
What makes Aramax so unique isn’t just the bold architectural finish it’s also the way it’s produced and installed. These massive sheets were milled and rolled onsite with our mates at Fielders, using specialist equipment brought directly to the job.
It’s a big setup that takes up a serious footprint, but thanks to smart planning, seamless communication, and our longstanding relationship with 2 Construct, we kept the entire site moving forward. While the sheets were being rolled and formed onsite, our teams worked hand-in-hand to ensure every stage progressed smoothly all while creating a key structural element right there on the ground.
This kind of install is never simple but the results speak volumes. Another example of what happens when clear communication, precise management, and good people combine to deliver outstanding outcomes. 💯

We’ve been so excited to share this one and for good reason! The team absolutely smashed it out of the park on this project.
This was one of several we've delivered for Exemplo Constructions, involving the full removal and replacement of all the glass roofs at the heart of Prahran Market with stunning Danpalon polycarbonate sheeting.
It was a true honour to be trusted with such an iconic Melbourne landmark, and we are beyond proud to have played a part in something that will stand strong for decades to come offering shelter, light, and a beautiful finish.
Even more impressive? The market stayed open throughout, with zero disruption to day-to-day trading, thanks to exceptional teamwork and clear communication with Exemplo.
We’re being cemented not only as a company that can handle any architectural cladding or roofing product but also as one of Victoria’s leading Danpalon installers. Big things ahead!
